Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Access is purchase-first; attempting to create an account does not create an entitlement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorised access. One account is for one authorised buyer unless a purchased licence expressly states otherwise.

PromoAgent AI helps analyse launch material and prepare editable affiliate-promotion assets. AI generation requires your own compatible OpenAI or OpenRouter API key. You contract with and pay that provider separately; we do not control its models, prices, availability, retention or outputs.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the purchased tier for your own lawful affiliate-marketing activities. You may edit and publish outputs you lawfully generate. You may not resell PromoAgent AI, share access, copy protected product materials, bypass limits, reverse engineer the service or provide client services unless expressly licensed.

You keep rights you already hold in submitted content and give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Your chosen AI provider processes prompts and source material under its own terms.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output or unsuitable for publication. You must check facts, claims, prices, dates, links, intellectual-property rights, disclosures and platform rules. We do not promise output is unique, non-infringing, legally compliant or effective.

You must not use PromoAgent AI to:

• break the law or another party's rights;
• create deceptive claims, fake proof, fake reviews or unlawful scarcity;
• send spam or violate marketing, privacy, platform or affiliate rules;
• upload malware, attack, probe or interfere with the service;
• gain unauthorised access or bypass security, plan or usage controls;
• process material you are not entitled to use; or
• resell, sublicense, clone or redistribute PromoAgent AI without written permission.

PromoAgent AI may depend on WarriorPlus, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, OpenAI, OpenRouter and payment providers. Their services and terms are separate. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, charges or decisions except where applicable law places responsibility on us.

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. You are responsible for disclosed taxes and third-party API charges. The 14-Day Product-Fit Guarantee and the consequences of Basic and upgrade refunds are set out in the Refund Policy. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address fraud, reversal, security risk, unlawful conduct or material breach.

PromoAgent AI does not supply traffic or buyers and does not guarantee sales, commissions, conversions, rankings, income or business results. Results depend on the offer, audience, traffic, timing, claims, implementation and third-party platforms.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is otherwise provided without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and the appropriate forum will govern any dispute.
