This policy applies to purchases of PromoAgent AI products and upgrades ("PromoAgent AI", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Fourteen-day product-fit guarantee
Each eligible purchase has a 14-calendar-day refund period beginning on the date that specific product or upgrade was purchased. If it is not right for you, email support@promoagentai.com within that period and include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the relevant WarriorPlus sale or transaction ID; and
- the PromoAgent AI product or upgrade for which you are requesting a refund.
We may offer troubleshooting or ask for optional feedback, but an eligible request is not conditional on accepting support or providing positive feedback.
2. Basic and upgrade purchases
Basic, Pro and Elite may be separate transactions. Each has its own 14-day window.
- An Elite refund removes Elite access and returns the account to the highest remaining valid paid tier.
- A Pro refund removes Pro access and returns the account to the highest remaining valid paid tier.
- A Basic refund ends the required base licence and dependent PromoAgent AI access.
A refund applies to the full amount paid for the specific transaction being refunded.
3. What happens after a refund
The licence and access rights associated with the refunded purchase end. You must stop using features or templates available only through that tier. Rights in lawfully exported, customer-created campaign material remain subject to the Terms of Service, third-party rights and law.
4. Exclusions and abuse
The contractual guarantee does not require acceptance of requests made after the applicable period, repeat purchases intended to obtain repeated temporary access, fraudulent transactions or requests connected with material misuse. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Contact us first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue the refund through WarriorPlus. A payment dispute may temporarily suspend the affected entitlement. Access may be restored if the dispute is resolved in our favour; if resolved in the buyer's favour, the applicable refunded access ends.
6. Processing and statutory rights
Approved refunds are processed through WarriorPlus and the original payment route where available. Processing time is controlled by WarriorPlus, the payment provider and the buyer's financial institution. This guarantee does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
