1. Information we handle
- identity and contact information, such as name and email address;
- purchase, entitlement, refund and transaction identifiers received from WarriorPlus;
- account, authentication, security and access records;
- projects, source material, offer briefs, generated assets and saved settings;
- usage, error, audit and support information;
- encrypted API credentials you choose to store for supported providers; and
- technical information such as IP address, browser, device and necessary session data.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and lawful.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, verify purchases and entitlements, operate projects and generation, send activation and password-reset messages, provide support, prevent abuse, keep required records and improve reliability. 3. AI providers and BYOK
When you request generation or analysis, relevant prompts and source material go to the provider you selected. OpenAI or OpenRouter processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit material you are not authorised to share. Stored API keys are intended to be encrypted and used only for requests you initiate or authorise.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share the minimum necessary information with providers supporting hosting, database and auth, transactional email, AI processing, checkout, security and professional services. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, WarriorPlus, OpenAI, OpenRouter, PayPal and Stripe, depending on the feature or payment route used. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing and retention
Providers may process information outside your country using applicable safeguards. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide active accounts, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet accounting or legal duties.
